We purchased the 2.5 acres in 1993. I loved the privacy of the area and the very short drive to Medicine Hat. Finding that I was cutting too much grass, I started to store RV's and vehicles in 1995.

In the early spring of 2007 we decided to try our hand at the mini-storage business since we are only 3 - 5 minutes from the Medicine Hat Lodge and TransCanada highway  traffic lights. After some research we picked cargo storage containers for the units instead of the commercial metal clad storage buildings because they are all steel construction, making them water, dust, and rodent resistant.

UPGRADES

We have upgraded the storage yard with asphalt reclaim, therefore your RV will not be parked on grass anymore. The only problem is that space will be limited and we will cater to our yearly clients.
